Had an issue with the Wireless Remote Control on our Jetsetter LX hot tub after annual water change, fill and re-start. Celise Butler at IHT was fantastic while walking me through several methods for re-setting the Wireless Remote and getting the tub dialed in. Her knowledge of the Hot Spring systems was amazing and really saved the day on a Friday afternoon in mid-February. High quality customer service!!!

We were exceptionally happy with our experience working with Lee at IHT. Lee was very patient with us, even as we came by the store multiple times checking out models. When we finally made our decision, he set us up with a great installer – Brian with Gas Fireplace and Home Renovations – who was fast and thorough with the install. Very happy with IHT – would certainly recommend.

I have owned 2 hot tubs over 30 years, both from IHT. The tubs have performed great and the service has been excellent. Recently Matt, at the Broadway store, took the time to walk me through troubleshooting a problem on a weekend and got my tub working (it turned out to be the breaker, not the tub). I really appreciate that level of support.
